Responsibilities: Lead the financial closing process, including pacing, variance analysis, journal entries, accruals, allocations, and reconciliations. Job Summary The Production Audit department performs on-site compliance and financial audits of NBCUniversal’s film productions across all banners in the company—Universal Pictures, Focus Features, Working Title, Peacock, and Illumination. The role works closely with various Studio departments (e.g., Physical Production, Labor Relations, Tax, Legal, etc.) to ensure productions adhere to established policies and procedures, local and federal laws, and labor union requirements.

Job Description: The Senior Vice President, Finance is a key member of the Global TV Distribution leadership team and is responsible for financial planning and analysis globally for over $3 billion of Film revenue. The Financial Analyst will play an integral role in the day-to-day financial administration and variance analysis of NBC Sports’ SCORE application. SCORE is an application for users to plan, crew, execute and approve payment for events across NBC Sports. Job Purpose Universal Studio Group (USG) is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst, Finance to join our Studio Ultimates team. The Ultimates team, part of the broader USG Finance organization, plays an integral role in managing studio P&Ls, individual series profitability, and providing insightful analysis to drive the strategic decision-making processes and operations of USG. The individual will interact with multiple facets of NBCUniversal including Global TV Distribution, internal streaming and network teams (Peacock, NBC Network, etc), Production, Participations, and Residuals.

The Global Process Owner, Record to Report (R2R) sits within the Global Finance Operations (GFO) team within Global Controllership reporting to the SVP, Global Finance Operations, and will be responsible for driving the R2R transformation roadmap and strategy at a very transformational time within NBCU, as we migrate from a SAP ECC platform to S/4 Hana over the coming years. In addition, the R2R GPO will also be responsible for driving the Blackline strategy as we look to further leverage the Blackline capabilities, which will continue be a key boundary system.
