Role Purpose The NBCUniversal News legal team supports NBC News, MSNBC, CNBC, E! News, NBCU Local and Telemundo Network. The editorial lawyers work closely with journalists and editorial leadership to provide timely, practical, and strategic advice in support of our journalism and growing news business. Based in Miami, Telemundo produces and distributes premium Spanish-language news content to U.S. Hispanics and audiences around the world. Its flagship nightly news program is Noticias Telemundo. Telemundo Stations Group consists of 30 local television stations in the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

Role Purpose The Analyst, Consumer Protection Compliance, within the Corporate Legal Department, will support the team responsible for coordinating and providing oversight to all business units across NBCUniversal to comply with domestic and international consumer protection laws, regulations, and industry standards. Role Purpose The Project Manager, Corporate Legal Affairs will partner with key business and legal stakeholders, as well as internal subject matter experts, to develop, strategize, and help drive cross-company initiatives that impact NBCUniversal in support of the due diligence of the corporate structuring project. The UP&E Business & Legal Affairs team is seeking an experienced, motivated, and collaborative in-house lawyer to support the Consumer Products business across the Asia Pacific region (APAC). The role will look after contract needs related to IP consumer product and publishing licensing agreements, retail/marketing campaigns, design asset creation and other services arrangements and provide business & legal affairs support to commercial/category and creative teams across UP&E APAC offices in Sydney, Tokyo & Seoul.

Triage, research and respond to inquiries from internal clients and union representatives regarding union contract compliance Assist with investigating, responding to and preparing for labor grievances & arbitrations, and independently handle union grievances, through pre-arbitration phase Execute and support union contract administration Support collective bargaining, including preparation, research, contract implementation and drafting Assist employment lawyers in gathering information for responses to employment legal demand letters, agency charges, and other legal and administrative
