Role Purpose The Counsel, Intellectual Property role will be responsible for intellectual property questions arising from within his or her client businesses of NBCUniversal, including UPI, UP&E, UBR, CNBC and others business teams in China.

The Marketing Paralegal will assist attorneys for Universal Destinations & Experiences, including Universal Studios Hollywood, Universal Horror Unleashed, and Universal Kids Resort, with review of marketing and advertising collateral including press releases, websites, mobile applications, and social media content for compliance with trademarks, rights of privacy/rights of publicity, intellectual property license agreements, and corporate guidelines. Review of scripts and storyboards for social media, radio and television commercials.
