Senior Employment Counsel

Overview: Working as part of NBCUniversal’s global employment law group, provide employment law advice across the Group’s Media and DTC businesses in the UK, EMEA and APAC. Key Responsibilities: Provide legal advice and counsel to HR, managers, business leaders, and other internal lawyers, both within and outside the US, regarding the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment law issues in the UK, EMEA and APAC. Advise NBCUniversal and, as appropriate, instruct outside counsel with respect to internal investigations, employment litigation and the employment-related aspects of acquisitions and dispositions of businesses. Build close relationships with HR and Legal in order to foster a partnering approach. Analyze and advise with respect to the impact of legislative changes on our operations. Develop and implement policies and forms applicable in the UK, APAC and EMEA. Provide employment law training for HR and the businesses.
