Up to 3 years FTC The Sr manager Billing Operations is responsible for leading all international billing process of Global Customer Finance Operations organization (GCFO), which oversees order-to-cash processes for Advertising Sales, TV Distribution, Universal Pictures International, Universal Networks, and Brand Development among other NBCU businesses. This role reports to the Sr. Director GCFO Operations.

Role Purpose: The Senior Finance Manager based in Los Angeles is part of the Global Close & Consolidation team. This position has a highly visible role within NBCU’s Controllership Group and requires interaction and relationship management with a number of high impact stakeholders as well as the oversight of a Finance Analyst based in Los Angeles. This position will be responsible for managing all close and consolidation aspects of the close cycles for various NBCU Business Units (Theatrical, Home Entertainment, Channels, Television Production etc).

Position Overview: Hybrid - 3 days in the office, located by Tottenham Court Road station. The Manager, Global Accounts Payable Technical Operations will be a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, technical expertise, and a deep curiosity for end-to-end process optimization. This individual will support SAP and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) applications and workflows, excels in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment, and has a demonstrated history in change management and process standardization.

Role Purpose: The Global Customer Financial Operations is a hybrid shared services organization that oversees the global order-to-cash functions for the NBCUniversal Media LLC company, which include Ad Sales, TV Distribution, Universal Pictures International, Universal Products & Experiences, and many other major divisions. The mission of GCFO is to facilitate sales, accelerate cash flow, mitigate risk, and provide customer service excellence.

Role Purpose: Within the Global Customer Finance Operations organization, the Risk Manager is responsible for the delivery of the Credit Risk Management functions including, risk identification, risk measurement and assessment, risk mitigation, risk reporting and monitoring, and risk governance. The NBCU properties the Risk Manager supports include but are not limited to: NBC Broadcast Network, NBC Local, Cable & Entertainment, CNBC, MSNBC, NBCU Digital Media, Peacock Streaming, Universal Pictures International, TV Distribution, UP&E, O&T, and Universal Parks.

The Sr Analyst Billing Television Distribution (TVD) is responsible for the accurate pricing set up and ensuring accurate invoicing (yearly billing USD 4+ billion) of our TVD, Airline and Picture box’s customer according to SLA’s. This is achieved by supporting the governance model of the Global Finance Customer Operations (GCFO) and external BPO organisation. This entails supporting, further improving, and safeguarding the processes, controls, setting clear expectations, goals and KPI’s.

Role Purpose: Global Finance Operations (GFO) is NBCU’s centralized shared service organization providing various finance and accounting services across the Business Units within NBCU. GFO is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of the Record to Report (R2R) Manager. This manager role will be responsible for the delivery of the R2R functions including general ledger accounting, monthly close activities, asset accounting, account reconciliations and other various processes performed by both onshore and offshore teams.

Role Purpose: The Director, Fraud/Loss & Incident Management is responsible for overseeing the fraud & loss prevention program, Incident management of potential phishing/fraud incidents from inception to closure and business continuity planning for the Global Controllership (GC) team. This involves designing the predictive analytics and required processes that will allow the fraud & loss prevention team to take a proactive approach to protect the organization from successful Cyber/Fraud attacks.

Role Purpose: The Sr. Manager, Cash & Systems Operations is responsible for leading all Domestic Cash and Withholding Tax processing of Global Customer Finance Operations organization (GCFO), which oversees order-to-cash for Advertising Sales, TV Distribution, Universal Pictures International, Universal Networks, and Brand Development among other NBCU businesses. This role reports to the Director, Global Cash & Systems Operations. The scope of global cash operations is $16 billion a year, encompasses over 150 business units, varied currencies, tax structures, and systems.

Role Purpose: The Global Finance Operations Record to Report group is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of the Manager, Global Account Reconciliations Quality Assurance.
