Summary The Maintenance Reliability Manager provides maintenance reliability support for existing and new theme park attractions (rides and shows) and is responsible for ensuring the reliability and maintainability of various theme park attractions to increase uptime and equipment availability. Duties include, providing technical support to the maintenance team, lead Root Cause Failure Analysis, establish, monitor, optimize preventative and predictive maintenance plans and execute corrective actions to address complex problems.

The Manager, Entertainment Operations – Streets Animated is responsible for the oversight and management of the Entertainment Streets Department, with specific focus on Animated characters and program, including all aspects of front and back of house operations. The Manager is responsible for managing finances, overseeing operational process/procedure, resolving operational challenges and addressing guest and/or team member issues.

The Senior Manager, Account Management works with a global team of sales, business development, marketing, operations, and business analytics professionals to optimize transactional film and TV revenue across digital distribution partners in the U.S. and Canada. In this multi-faceted role, the Senior Manager has end-to-end responsibility for an account portfolio, driving revenue and strategic alignment with NBCU goals. This position reports to the Vice President, Digital Platforms.

The Manager works with appropriate partners to lead and manage the culture, daily operation, coordination of projects, overall product quality and ensures policies and procedures are consistently enforced and/or followed. The Manager promotes positive guest and employee experience by ensuring that all areas and aspects of the business are running at optimum performance level.

Working in a collaborative production team environment, this role is responsible for managing, and expediting all aspects of technical design and show production support and staff as assigned regarding design, development, fabrication, installation, facility interface, operation, maintenance, and documentation in compliance with codes, and jurisdictional requirements for Entertainment projects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, writers, tech managers, production managers, and producers, to ensure creative concepts align with project goals and objectives. Facilitate brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate new ideas, concepts, and solutions for live entertainment experiences.
