The Projects Controls Manager (PCM) exercises authority delegated by Management and under direction addresses critical issues, develops new concepts, and executes overall objectives and policy matters in support of the Department mission. The PCM applies extensive and diversified knowledge of project control management principles and practices relevant to budgets, administration, and management to support the project in meeting technical, cost and schedule objectives.

The Assistant Manager, Technical Services (Rides) is responsible for implementing the technical operating plans for Rides in the Technical Services Department. The Assistant Manager will generally operate with a broader oversight of attractions and is typically focused on labor utilization and coordination.

Provides essential administrative management support to the Entertainment Department, acting as part of the Entertainment Central Support Team. Supervises and facilitates the ongoing processes for the financial management system. Manages the ongoing process (and supports management of the people) for project based temporary staff assignment onboarding and scheduling through both the Universal JPP program and the Seasonal Supervisor program (recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, payroll follow up). Management of Central Support staff as assigned.
