Sr Manager, Finance

Seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Finance to join our Finance Transformation team. This role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives that integrate new technologies (i.e. AI), foster innovation, optimize processes, and establish best practices within Studio Group Finance function. The ideal candidate will bring a strong financial acumen along with a blend of technical expertise and a proactive approach to driving innovation in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Closely collaborate with finance senior management and business unit leadership teams to evaluate current processes and identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization. Champion the use and integration of new tools and advanced analytics to drive better business insights, enhance forecasting accuracy, streamline processes, and support strategic decision-making. Develop new financial models, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor performance, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations to support business objectives. Drive implementation of best practices in modeling, reporting, data analysis, and process design. Facilitate and manage complex financial projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Assist with change management. Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in finance. Continuously evaluate new tools and technologies for cost/benefit potential.
