Program Dates: June 2 – August 8, 2025 Time Commitment: 40 hours per week. Exact schedule to be determined based on business need. Format: Opportunities listed will require an intern to work from Universal City, CA. The Universal Filmed Entertainment Group (UFEG) consists of the operations to produce, acquire, market and distribute filmed entertainment worldwide in various media formats for theatrical, home entertainment, television and other distribution platforms. Areas of placement may include, but are not limited to: Focus Features Production: Intern will research (filming location, tax rebates, crew availability), review production/post-production schedules, production reports, call sheet, wrap reports, and provide general administrative support. Focus Features Production Development: Intern will provide script coverage, maintain filmmaker and project databases, review production schedules and call sheets, and general administrative support. Post-Production Operations: Intern will assist teams in the daily operational processes needed to produce high-end marketing material, such as theatrical trailers and TV advertisements, for Universal Theatrical Film campaigns. Theatrical Operations: Intern will support a variety of critical functions within the International Distribution Group, including localization and digital cinema mastering for all international theatrical releases.
