This role will work closely with cross-functional partners to execute campaigns, develop actionable insights, and optimize emails to drive engagement and fandom. Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end email production process through successful HTML coding, editing, QA, and deployment. Manage the approvals process and route previews to internal stakeholders and implement all revisions. Monitor daily sends and troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML, segmentation, rendering, and deployment. Work closely with creative project management and internal stakeholders to track and ensure assets and feedback are delivered on time. Identify email linking strategies to optimize the user experience. Summarize results of email campaigns, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations to drive future optimization opportunities. Expert user of email service provider and customer data platform to create email automations and journeys, set up A/B tests, and build customer segments. Ensure that marketing materials comply with all brand and style guidelines.
