Operations Analyst, NCSI - NBC Sports Next

The Operations Analyst – NCSI will work closely with key leaders and teams within Youth & Recreation Sports to help deliver an unparalleled internal/external customer experience. This role will identify innovative solutions and best practices that should result in efficiencies and department optimization. This role will be responsible for applying a broad range of knowledge and experience with minimal supervision. Job Duties Gathers and analyzes company data from workflows, collaborative discussions, and reports; makes informed recommendations based on findings and evaluates the outcomes of newly implemented procedures. Supports operational process reviews including preparing necessary materials, generating reports, and providing regular status updates. Conducts research and data analysis to identify trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations. Builds strong relationships with the Director and Departmental Leaders to gain an in-depth understanding of processes, address challenges, and propose effective solutions. Assesses current production processes and recommends strategic enhancements to optimize business efficiency. Provides ongoing support to the team as needed during and following assigned projects. Prioritizes projects impartially and communicates status updates, key metrics, and progress reports to leadership. Handles confidential and sensitive information daily, and ensures information is being shared between departments and with clients appropriately.
