Inventory Assistant

The inventory assistant is responsible for managing equipment and furniture coming in and out of the business, as well as keeping accurate records of items stored in the warehouse and office. Responsibilities Assists in maintaining and updating the detailed control/inventory count of all items pertaining to each assigned location, novela and/or set Responsible for ensuring the proper packaging of items for transportation and/or storage Ensures that all work is done under the technical guidelines and operations procedures of Telemundo Studios’ infrastructure and adheres to EHS/OSHA regulations and procedures Follows policies, applicable laws, and regulations to protect his/her own health and safety as well as that of other workers, the public, and the environment Perform physical counts of products Receive and store products in an orderly manner Record the quantity, type and value of equipment and furniture. Audit inventories Report the obsolete equipment and furniture.
