Trade Trainee

This role will support our Spanish team within the UPI Sales department ensuring a proper execution of Sales Operations and Trade initiatives working closely with the Marketing, Technical and Finance Departments. Key Responsibilities •To support in the maintenance of the relationships with Exhibitors •To support in the execution of the Trade Initiatives •To support in the Trade’s administrative tasks •Supporting the Trade Manager & Sales Analyst. •Tracking Trade campaigns •Controlling and following-up shipments of trade materials to exhibitors •Assisting in analytical tasks •Assisting in the coordination of special promotions with exhibitors •Administrative tasks: •Billings, purchasing orders, SAP
