Fandango is seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Digital Assets & Metadata Coordinator to join our team in support of the Fandango at Home digital storefront. This position will report to the Retail Operations Manager and play a key role in managing the metadata and artwork assets for new and existing content across the Fandango at Home platform. From coordinating weekly content refreshes to maintaining the integrity of our library across the content lifecycle, this role ensures that titles are properly presented and discoverable for our customers. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in Digital Supply Chain, Content Operations, or Asset Management—preferably within the TVOD or AVOD space. A sharp eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and comfort working across multiple systems and stakeholders are crucial, as this role collaborates cross-functionally to execute weekly content refreshes and metadata updates based on a master release calendar. Experience with quick-turn environments, such as next-day TV or fast-paced release windows, is a plus. At Fandango, we aim to be the ultimate destination for Movies and TV. We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about entertainment and eager to support our efforts in delivering best-in-class content presentation and discoverability. In a high-volume, deadline-driven environment, this is an opportunity to bring process innovation, precision, and creativity to our content delivery pipeline. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain content and metadata throughout the full digital content lifecycle. Enter and validate descriptive metadata for new and existing film and television titles. Ensure the accurate and timely presentation of content on the storefront, including artwork and metadata alignment. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to meet delivery deadlines and maintain release schedules. Assist with encoding tasks and perform quality control checks as needed.
