Sr. Financial Analyst

The Universal Film/Studios Group FP&A team is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst, responsible for supporting the consolidation, analysis, and forecasting of global costs for the Film/Studios Group. The role is in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth. Responsibilities: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Consolidation and analysis of Film/Studio’s global costs related to Overhead/SG&A Presentation of cost results and future forecasts to Film/Studios CFO and Studios SVP Assist in management of Overhead for major forecast cycles (Long Range Plan, Budget, etc.) Direct collaboration with finance teams from across the 11 Film business units to ensure coordinated processes and timely reporting Leverage Film financial system to build robust analytical tools to support Film/Studios pacing process Work closely with CFO on special projects and cost initiatives Act as finance partner for Film/Studios HQ business unit providing overhead support to ~20 Executive department leaders spanning all functions (Creative Development, Production, Technology, Diversity, Finance, Legal, HR, etc) Responsible for the quarterly analysis of Film & Studio’s Headcount Support ad-hoc projects, analyses, and presentations Assist in SAP S4 transition for Overhead with code block, cost center and profit center support
