Coordinator, Talent & Org Dev Operations
Role Summary: NBCUniversal is seeking a creative, high-energy coordinator to support the Talent Development team for Operations & Technology and Corporate Functions. Reporting to the Director, Talent & Organizational Development, with a dotted line into the Manager, Talent & Pipeline Operations, this role will help shape our talent strategy, program development, and retention efforts in the fast-paced media and entertainment industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing people and creating engaging, impactful experiences that foster creative excellence and enhance team performance. Responsibilities: Program & Project Coordination Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and events, while ensuring clear communication with stakeholders across various departments. Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant information, and talent development initiatives. Support the day-to-day operations of development projects and the annual talent review process to ensure that timelines and deliverables are met. Learning & Development Support new employee onboarding, including department-specific training, and integration into the company’s culture. Assist with identifying training needs, supporting content development, scheduling sessions, and providing logistical support for effective in-person and virtual training. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, working with the team to ensure representation across talent programs. Data Analysis and Reporting Track metrics related to employee performance, learning outcomes, and organizational development programs Utilize surveys and performance metrics to evaluate training impact, skill gaps, and employee satisfaction to develop and retain talent. Create reports on talent development progress, training attendance, and key talent insights across the employee lifecycle for HR and leadership teams.
