Investigator Compliance & Investigations

Summary This position will support the Universal Studios Hollywood (USH) Investigations Department, focusing on the Workplace Violence Program and internal and external employee investigations. It will partner with USH Management, Human Resources and Labor Relations, and other businesses within USH and CityWalk. This position will report to the Manager of Compliance and Investigations. Responsibilities Conduct investigations within the USH Workplace Violence Program, documenting and tracking incidents using USH programs and the Incident Management System. Provide investigative support for USH Security Managers by partnering with them on incidents involving Workplace Violence investigations and liaison with Human Resources and Global Security. Partner with USH Investigations’ Investigators in conducting internal and exterior employee investigations. Provide support for the Surveillance Retention Program, conducting surveillance reviews as needed. Prepare operational reports, analyze and compile statistical reports to present to management, and perform other duties as assigned. Maintain a liaison with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Dept. and other law enforcement agencies.
