iHeart Desk Producer

The iHeartRadio / NBC News Channel Producer will cover DC focused news-of-the-day (and other stories of interest) for the iHeartRadio network and NBC News Channel. This is a scheduled 9am – 6pm, Monday – Friday position with the expectation of evenings, nights and weekends when warranted due to news events. This is a fulltime position located at the NBC News Bureau / Washington, DC (in office) Responsibilities: Write and edit DC focused VO/SOT clips for both iHeartRadio and NBC News Channel Respond quickly to DC/Government breaking news and prioritize big stories to push to iHeart and Orbit Utilize various workflows to publish an item (story) to iHeartRadio and News Channel VOD platform, Orbit Work closely with the iHeartRadio Assignment Desk and NBC News Channel DC Bureau team as well as NBC News DC Bureau Desk, NBC News Channel Assignment Desk and NBC News Channel News Desk Follow all NBC News employee policies, Rights and Clearances guidance when warranted
