Booker (f/m/d)

This role is a fulltime position within our Universal Pictures International Germany team based in Frankfurt. Responsibilities: As part of the Sales Team in our Frankfurt office, you will be responsible for a defined group of exhibitors. You will handle the rental of our films and enter all bookings and schedules into our internal system. You will be in regular contact with numerous independent exhibitors and maintain strong customer relationships, including on-site visits. You will conduct weekly negotiations with your customers regarding the continued screening of our films and document the results. You will prepare shipping lists for film copies and promotional materials and regularly check their return. You will collect daily admission and sales figures and enter them into our internal booking system. Additionally, you will create and maintain specific revenue statistics. You will plan and book films for special screenings, such as previews or open-air events. You will coordinate the use of promotional materials in cinemas (posters, flyers, displays, banners, etc.). You will support the accounting team by tracking invoices and payments. You will participate in industry-related trade events.
